FIELD CLEAN-UP SATURDAY 4/4
Saturday, April 4th, 9am - 12pm at Creek Road Fields
Spring Field Cleanup is happening, really... last time we push it... cuz the week after is Opening Day... d'oh.
It is important to come out and help get the fields AND complex ready for the upcoming season after a looooong winter.
Spring has arrived as advertised and Baseball and Softball WILL BE PLAYED THIS YEAR... as soon as the snow melts. The fields are in relatively good shape, thanks to hard work this past year by Volunteers and Parents like you. We'll all be home by lunch.
Bring rakes, shovels, wrenches, tools, whatever you use to git 'er done. Stop by any time during the day and talk baseball. Coffee and donuts will be under the pavilion. Kids can help with the easy stuff; heavy lifting for (young) dads only.
When: Saturday, 4/4, 9:00am
Where: Creek Road Fields
Why: Every field and facility needs clean-up.
Who: Any available coach, parent, board member, brother, sister, cousin.
Grand Prize: First 5 people get to shovel snow or rake dirt!
2nd Prize: Clumps of infield crabgrass, box your own and bring it home.
3rd Prize: Lost & Found grab-bag, all warranties void.
Rain/Snow Date: Sunday, 4/5

Residency and School Attendance Eligibility
In an effort to accommodate for Little Leaguers to play with their classmates, and ease the burden on parents and guardians, Little League has amended its residency requirements to allow children to play in the local league whose boundaries where they attend school is located. To verify enrollment, parents will need to bring an official school document, such as a report card or our school enrollment form. Read the full text of the rule here.
Intermediate Boys Division is a Little League offering at 50/70 distances. Boys 11-13 can play double-headers for this weekends-only travel team and still play on a team in another division (Majors, Juniors). This is a great chance for some extra game time and practice at a medium distance before jumping up to the bigger fields.
Big League Boys (ages 16-18) In an effort to give all kids the opportunity to play baseball, this division will be pooled district-wide and centered out of Wappingers, playing night games and with and against kids from all across the district.
